Hi it’s me Cindy Cortes! I have been a licensed hairstylist for 12 years and counting.I specialize in creating livid-in blondes and dimensional brunettes. My mission is to make you feel heard and comfortable in my chair. I choose to create healthy, low maintenance, beautiful hair so you can go longer between salon visits. I want to be the hairstylist that’s giving you the best hair you’ve ever had! can't wait to meet you. Directions We are at My Salon Suites in Deep Ellum right on the corner of Canton Street and Malcolm X Blvd. There is a designated parking garage that we share with the apartments located towards the back of the building. It is a flat fee of $2 to park ( I would kindly take care of that parking fee!). Once you are parked, there are two doors to get into the suites building. The Front entrance is actually the best one to get into my suite (#201). I ask that you plan to arrive early so you have plenty of time to acquaint yourself with your new salon home. Cancellation Policy

cancellations + rescheduling We understand things come up. We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% charge for the services you were scheduled for. no shows If you don’t show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your service and/or will not be able to book any future appointments. All clients require a card on file to ensure your appointments. Thank you for your understanding. late arrivals Please let us know if you will be running a few minutes behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your stylist will suggest what is achievable with the remaining appointment time or may need to be rescheduled. adjustments If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us directly within 7 days of your visit & we will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds. extra guests In order to provide an excellent and comfortable experience, we do not allow extra guests. It’s a small space and I really want to make you feel at home while also allowing me plenty of space to provide all your services.
